Code of conduct

We welcome your questions or queries on this site but ask that you please respect the guidelines when submitting any query. Questions or queries submitted through the “Contact Us” form must:

1) Be a genuine request to connect with ATC

2) Don’t break the law – this includes libel, condoning illegal activity, discriminatory content and/or breaking copyright or confidentiality

3) Are reasonably concise and don’t constitute spamming of the site

4) Don’t impersonate or falsely claim to represent a person or entity

5) Are on-topic. Please don’t post messages that are unrelated to ATC services

6) Are in English – unfortunately, we do not currently have the resource to moderate submission in other languages.

Data

We collect information or data about you when you complete and submit questions or queries via the “Contact Us” form on the site. This includes your first name, last name, email address once the form is submitted.  This information is only used to respond to questions or queries submitted to ATC site and will be purged from our email system within a 30 days period from submission date unless requested otherwise.

We do not share your information or data with any other organisations for marketing, market research or commercial purposes, and we don’t pass on your details to other websites or third parties.

By submitting your information or data you agree with our data policy.
